The present paper proposes a new approach and provides the possibility to ensure a proper systemic functioning of wood industry, opening opportunities for safe and sustainable development. It starts from the idea that development supposes rapidly, correctly and efficiently solving the "demands" of the wood-processing sector, by means of rapid access to the "offer" banks within various elements of the overall development system and by means of an appropriate information transfer for application.
