Measures for Activation of Communicative-Centered English Teaching Under the Criterion-referenced Evaluation

Along with introducing the absolute rating system in CSAT English, this study attempts to explore methods to facilitate communication-oriented lessons in English classrooms. To specify the purpose, we have surveyed 4537 school English teachers about the current teaching and learning conditions under the norm-referenced evaluation system and the future direction of English teaching and learning along with the absolute rating system to be newly implemented.
