Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the lung: a case report

Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the lung (HAL) is a rare type of lung cancer, with only 19 cases in English literature being reported. Its diagnosis is based on pathology and the standard treatment has not been established. Case report: We present a case of HAL. The patient was a 42-year old man with a primary complaint of dry cough. The chest computed tomography revealed a mass of the right lung with the diameter of the largest cross-section of 12.4 cm. The patient underwent surgery.
