... on the demographic factors. Rezumat. Modificări în structura etnică a municipalităţilor din zona de frontieră a Banatului (Vojvodina, Serbia). Datorită poziţiei periferice şi a economiei subdezvoltate, situaţia politică instabilă din ţară, rata somajului şi problemele sociale au avut o influenţă negativă asupra planificării familiale şi a fertilităţii în comunele din zona de frontieră a Banatului Sârbesc. În acest context, schimbările în ponderea şi distribuţia spaţială a grupurilor etnice au fost inevitabile. Acest articol evidenţiază aceste schimbări în structura populaţiei comunelor de frontieră din anul 1971 şi până în 2002, cu o analiză detaliată a factorilor demografici.
