Ten cognitive interviews were conducted to evaluate the proposed addition of questions on base and overtime hours to the Agricultural Labor Survey and an instruction to exclude H-2A workers. Results of the cognitive interviewing showed that the addition of questions on base and overtime hours does not place additional burden on respondents.
