As we examine biogenic amine variety of "Saperavi" grape seed oil after Cold pressing methods. They are: serotonin, adrenaline, noradrenaline, dopamine and Amino acids: aspartic acid, glutamine, asparagine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan, threonine, leucine, methionine, pralines, and glutamine.
