A significant part of the medical community notes that, despite the insignificant contribution of this program to the demography of the country, the ambiguity of ethical aspects, the use of this method of infertility treatment should not be underestimated. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the legislative framework governing the institution of surrogate motherhood, which will ensure the protection of participants in these legal relations.
