Objective and Methods: To eliminate the intrauterine exudate during early pregnancy after In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer (IVF-ET), puncture and suction of intrauterine exudate guided by vaginal B-ultrasonography was analyzed. Two methods for treating intrauterine exudates were discussed. Results: Two patients underwent puncture and suction by transvaginal B-ultrasonography for intrauterine exudate.
