筆者らは 11 年前から,CT/MRI 遠隔画像診断サービス事業に挑戦している.これが昨今の数年間,法的 かつ社会経済的に認知されるに至った.それに伴いこの分野での市場競争が激化,したがって筆者自身の 組織(ネットホスピタル社)もまた,ドクターネット社と合弁会社を設立する(ドクターネットホスピタ ル= DNHp 社)といったことで,質・量の拡大を計っている.それで本文ではとくに,その DNHp 社の現 状と近未来企画を,とくにそのサービス面に関して述べた.そして最後に,オンライン医療というこの新 しい分野の特殊性に関し,経営はもとよりシステムの安定性,利便性,経済性,セキュリティーなどの面 で,以前では考えられないレベルの高い技術・能力が必須となってきていることを述べた.それで医師主 導の組織としては結論的に,ベクトルが一致する関連企業との連携が重要であると述べた. キーワード:CT/MRI 遠隔画像診断,サービス事業,IT・インターネット技術,企業連携 Since 11 yeas ago, we have been challenging CT/MRI teleradiology

... ervices in the japanese binessiness field. Recently, the vallue of this services has been effective medically and practically. As the result, this servive has reconized regally, socialy and echonomically. Following these time process, this service market has been grown up, therefore our group made new joint venture corporation. In this paper, the actual state of the joint venture was shown, and yet, several new traials for the services. Finally, the specificity of this on-line medical work was commented, and concluded that teleradiology service groups should be now better to be connected with the associated social company, because this special work is needed indispensably high level of IT/internet technology, operation and management.
