Integrated planning and scheduling of enterprise information system modernization

To improve the effectiveness of achieving and solving strategic and local goals and objectives of systems, it is necessary to create models that allow to describe the processes of their dynamic adaptation (integrated modernization). It is necessary to develop integrated methods, algorithms and techniques that will allow to fully and proactively control both the processes of functioning and modernization of the EIS in order to increase the efficiency of the BP. This article presents an approach that allow to analyze the structural and functional appearance variants of the implemented EIS and synthesize schedules and plans of its joint functioning and modernization. An illustrative example is given.
