After entering data to SPSS software, comparison of the asthma prevalence in different groups and determination of the relationship between the variables of asthma symptoms was carried out. Results: The results showed that the asthma prevalence was 5.2% and 15.0% of patients had wheezing during the last 12 months, and 7.6% have been diagnosed with asthma in the last 12 months. Statistically, significant relationship was observed between asthma symptoms and body mass index, contact with animals, hay fever and gastro-esophageal reflux (P <0.05). Hay fever had a significant association with animals contact (P <0.05). Conclusion: Determining the risk factors associated with asthma symptoms can be effective in prevention and treatment of the disease.
