The purpose of this study is to explore challenges faced by public sector in the implementation of e-procurement. This study, through the recommendations, will help ensure the customer/tax payer get the best value for their money. Through effective handling and management of materials in the supply chain, costs are contained and this means favorable prices will be passed to the end customers.
