Performance measurement on the SCOR matrix in this study was assisted by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Snorm de boer methods. The results showed that there were 2 large scale rice refineries namely Sabar and Usaha Baru rice refineries in the average category and Al Barokah refineries in the marginal category. Overall, performance of large-scale rice refineries in Bireuen Regency was in the average category with a value of 53.95 means that the measurement of supply chain performance in large-scale rice refineries in Bireuen Regency is inefficient; to attain efficient supply chain performance in large-scale rice refineries, each refinery of large-scale rice must be in the category of good and excellent.
