Objective: We investigated university active transportation policies in the United States for commuter-skateboarding. Methods: Universities were selected from 12 categories (very small to large; non-residential to highly residential) via Carnegie Classification of Institutes of Higher Education (N = 360). Results: Skateboarding policies were present at 43.3% of universities. Among those, roughly one-fifth prohibited all skateboarding on campus. The remaining majority specified conditions under
