Accurate flood frequency and magnitude estimation has a critical role in flood risk management and damage reduction. In the current study, we analyzed the new features of the upcoming Bulletin 17C and presented case studies applying its new features. From the presented results, we see what critical components in the new design flood frequency guideline we could learn.
