Serious Gaming for the Strategic Planning Process

Serious games have been given more and more attention over the past few years. They are considered to be means of educating, motivating and changing behaviours of participants in a diverse set of domains. This paper proposes a serious game intended for learning how to deal with the strategic planning process of an organisation in a structured way.
