Abstract: On the World wide web, videos have become a speedy and effective information distribution method. Caretakers observed that YouTube was the most popular medium for kids during the COVID-19 epidemic, with more than 78% of kids watching it. To make a video accessible to children with learning impairments, captions are considered an assistive technology tool.
