自動車走行によって道路脇に誘起される流れの模型実験
The wind induced by an automobile model is studied by smoke visualization. A simplified automobile model which is similar to the Ahmed body with 25° slanted back is ran on the traveling slope. The smoke drawn by the automobile model is illuminated by a thin sheet of laser light. The visualized images showed that a pair on longitudinal vortices behind the automobile model sustains in the wake for long distances over the quadruple of model length. The outward secondary flows near tlie road
