Failure of two or more endocrine glands together requiring hormone replacement is termed as "Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome" (APS). The aim of this case report is to underline the possible etiological link between primary hypothyroidism and non-sustained ventricular tachycardia (NSVT) followed by ventricular premature complexes (VPC) and ventricular trigeminy, although supraventricular arrhythmias are common features of hyperthyroidism.
