In contrast, the quality of SAKTI application information affects the performance of financial department employees. The practical implication for SAKTI application developers is that the results of system quality have no effect due to the low indicator of user convenience (Easy to Use). Therefore, a response to user responses is needed for easier SAKTI application development.
