The purpose of my study is to prospectively assess the diagnostic performance of 128-slice Multidetector computed tomography (CT) for coronary artery disease with conventional coronary angiography as reference standard Methods: 128 slice CT coronary angiography was performed in 53 patients prior to conventional coronary angiography. 7 patients had prior surgical intervention.
