In This Paper, We Examine the push Messaging Service Google Cloud Messaging (Gcm) for Android Platform. Android Platform Traditionally Keep Data Synchronization Between Android Device And Server-Side Using Method of Pulling. Each Android Device has to Poll Server for Updated Data, Which Leads to Unnecessary Network Traffic and Wastage of Mobile Phone Battery.
