English grammar is a MOOC via Chaoxing MOOC platform for first year undergraduate students in our college. This essay reports the development and delivery of this course, aiming at exploring the contribution that a MOOC curriculum platform can bring to the establishment of an interactive and networked College English grammar learning resource library.
