To analyze the role of contrast-enhanced computed tomography in evaluation of pancreatic stump volume for prediction of significant pancreatic fistula. A retrospective analysis enrolled 99 patients. Patients were divided into 2 groups depending on the course of postoperative period and development of clinically significant pancreatic fistula. The first group included 24 patients (25%) with clinically significant postoperative pancreatic fistula. The second group included 75 patients (75%)
