We present our surgical technique and clinical outcome of the surgical repair of pectus excavatum using the DualMesh 2-mm Gore-Tex w , in 21 young adults. The main symptom was the exercise limitation in 15 patients. There were no postoperative complications and excellent cosmetic results were achieved.
