PURPOSETo explore the protective mechanism of fasudil,a Rho kinase inhibitor, on acute cardiac injury induced by adriamycin(ADR).METHODSIn vitro investigations on H9C2 cell line, as well as an in vivo study in a mouse model of ADR-induced acute cardiomyopathy, were performed.
