The scope of this study is determining utilization of digital communication tools and technologies in terms of enterprise strategies indicated prospective goals of a corporation in the long term although it is hard to follow rapid development of ICT and digital communication tools. Therefore, the study aims to theorize a framework of the effects of today's digital communication depended on ICT systems and discuss its importance as a business strategy with regard to forecasting long-term results towards not only inland but also global markets and competition among other rivals by using these digital technologies. Previous scientific studies and relevant literature were examined besides using business experiences in big-scale companies and also several interviews with corporate managers as study methods in accordance with the aim of the study. Thus, this study might provide contribution to not only dislipcines of communications and information sciences but also business world and might support to predict results of forward digital technologies by considering speed of ICT development and advance. Structured Abstract: Today's information and knowledge systems are important issue for not only individuals, but also enterprises, corporations or organizations. Structure of data, information and knowledge riquire a well designed communication systems in order to compete with the other companies or firms in particular for the big or middle scale firms or organizations. From this perspective, new media technologies and information systems needs to integrate as a coherent foundation. The new information and knowledge technologies are developing rapidly day by day and caused a new emergence for people and corporations that it is named as several nomenclature such as digital age, network age, knowledge or information age, etc. It shows that new media technologies have strong connection with information and communication systems for not only people related to personalization, but also enterprise and corporations especially related to making more profit and their sustainability in the long term effectively. Therefore, the enterprises and individuals have to adapt to these change, transformation and development within information, knowledge and communication systems that spread all over around the world. In parallel with this transformation, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) comes into prominence for communications and causes to collaborate with other academical disciplines such as engineering, computer sciences, psychology, sociology, business administration, economics. In addition to this situation, this transformation requires to structure new scientific fields. Therefore firstly, this study focuses on the description of the term of information in accordance with digital communication that is observed using diversely especially in communications. It is important that the information has different meaning from usage in daily life and the information is a basic component of mathematical communication theory which was founded out by Shannon & Weaver in 1949. according to this theory a typical communications system includes information source, message, transmitter, signal, noise source, received signal, receiver, message and destination in turn. Thus, understanding this theory facilitaties to comprehend digital communication process related to discipline of communications. Accordingly, this study explains the digital communications by revealing the differences from corporate and/or business communication. In connection with this issue, corporations or organizations have to adapt their missions according to development of ICT related to strategic, technical and operational business processes which are classified in accordance with management levels of an enterprise structure. From this point of view, even though the digital communication factor is thought that its establishment and implementation requires overcosting expenditure to redesign their business infrastructure in order to adapt to new ICT tools and techniques for particularly profit making firms, it supports that effective competitiveness, costs retrenchment, balanced budget accounts, return on investment, etc. which might be accepted to take an active role in strategic decisions at the top level of management. In conclusion, integration of informatics and communications requires development as a new sub science areas for instance could be named as communication informatics increasingly needs configuration of the digital communication systems within enterprises. From the view point of strategic decisions, it is important that especially top level managers should focus on adaptation of digital communication and innovation of information technologies while deciding their missions about planning budget, diversification of target customer profile, consolidation of internal or external communication, implementation new marketing and advertising techniques, performance assessment towards employees, management of human resources, investment projects, etc. Thus, digitalization related to developing ICT tools rapidly needs not only a strong database infrastructure, but also effective structured information systems. It is the fact that adaptation of ICT while the firms constitute their strategies in terms of make profit firstly is indispensable for the enterprises and their sustainability in accordance with developing digital communication. Therefore, new information and communication technologies is essential not only personalization for individual, but also for especially big and middle scale enterprises' business processes related to their customers, suppliers, employees and of course their strategic decisions towards the future.
