Section S1: Nano-DESI measurement and data analysis The nano-DESI analyses were performed using a high-resolution LTQ-Orbitrap mass spectrometer (Thermo Electron, Bremen, Germany) with a resolving power (m/∆m) of 100,000 at m/z = 400.
