Impact of Total Quality Management on Operational Performance

The study explores the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) practices on operational performance using a sample of 279 in Sri Lankan large scaled manufacturing organizations. Two hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. The study showed that TQM practices have a positive impact on operational performance and all the six TQM indicators individually have positive impacts on operational performance.
