To compare patient care multipliers estimated from subjective evaluation against work sampling techniques in genetic nursing activities. An observational work sampling technique was conducted from November to December 2019 with nine genetic nurses in a tertiary referral centre in Malaysia. The work sampling activity instrument was devised, validated, and pilot tested.
