There are some problems in the ATC system such as the communication procedures and non-standard pronunciation between controllers and pilots. These can cause misunderstanding of communication, and sometimes result in traffic accidents. Therefore, it is quite useful and worthy to construct an ATC communication training system. As the popularity of the smart phones, a standard mobile ATC communication training system is designed based on IFLYTEK API, GOOGLE SPEECH API and Pocket Sphinx. The
