Sensing performances of Semiconducting Carbon Nanomaterials based Gas Sensors Operating at Room Temperature

Semiconducting carbon-based nanomaterials including single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs), multi-walled CNT(MWCNTs), graphene(GR), graphene oxide(GO), and reduced graphene oxide(RGO), are very promising sensing materials due to their large surface area, high conductivity, and ability to operate at room temperature.
