Characteristics of patients were as follows: Median age 56 years (range 41-72), male 41, female 3 and PS 0 = 7 / 1 = 37. ... nts, complete responses were seen in 1 patient ( 2.3%), partial response in 15 (34.1%) and disease stabilization in 19 ( 43.2%). In total of 140 cycles, grade 3-4 neutropenia, grade 3-4 leukopenia and grade 3-4 anemia occured in 16.5%, 10% and 0.7% respectively. One fatal event was observed. The median survival was 285 days (95% CI ) and at 1 and 2 years survival were 39% and 9.5%, respectively. Conclusion: The combination of cisplatin plus vinorelbine is an active and tolerable regimen in Turkish patients with metastatic NSCLC.
