The biochemical effects of Lc25 of some biological agents, abamectin (ivermectin), Bacillus thuringiensis and spinosad were tested in the laboratory against the 2 nd instar larvae of Culex pipiens. The obtained results clearly indicated that the tested biological agents decreased the total protein and content of the amino acids after 72 h. from treatment. Abamectin was more effective than B. thuringiensis and spinosad. It is clear from the present investigation that abamectin was considered asfatcat:uyc2ccoybvfvfen5qfmj5szhee
