more » ... mic courts in non-Islamic countries when it is not possible to resort to Sharia courts. ٤-Divorce through modern means of communication, whether textual, audio or visual, occurs if it is combined with a structure, with the necessity of verifying and verifying that divorce comes from the husband and not from another person, especially with the technological progress that allows a person to impersonate another person. ٥-The husband's saying to his wife "You are painful" by hamza instead of "divorced" -as is being done by many Egyptians -if the husband knows him and speaks the language and knows the difference between them, the word comes from frankness to the euphemism that needs a comparative intention to utter the divorce. .
