In this regard, determining what are the factors affect students' performances in universities which have heavy responsibilities towards society, searching how much and in what way these factors affect success and increasing the effectiveness of education and training provision by developing or reshaping the appropriate elements according to the results obtained here, come into prominence. In this study, it is aimed to search what are the factors affect the success of language learning of the preparation class students of Kyrgyzstan Turkey Manas University, in what way and how these factors affect the success. According to this, students' language learning success considered as dependent, binary categorical variables and the qualitative and quantitative effects that could affect this success were analyzed by multivariable statistical analysis.
