В ході теоретичного аналізу психолого-педагогічних досліджень розглянуто та проаналізовано технологічний підхід до вивчення й аналізу проблеми формування конфліктологічної компетентності студентів-психологів у системі вузівської підготовки, який може бути конструктивним для розробки положень щодо організації оптимальних умов її формування. В контексті даного підходу наголошується на важливості розробки та впровадження активних методів та форм навчання, що забезпечать конструктивне рішення конфліктів в освітніх організаціях. В статті уточнено зміст поняття «інтерактивні технології», «психолого-огранізаційні інтерактивні технології», визначено можливості та переваги використання інтерактивних форм навчання. Проаналізовано фактори, що обумовлюють успішність використання інтерактивних технологій. Розглянуто класифікацію форм інтерактивного навчання згідно функціональних можливостей вирішення освітніх, розвивальних та виховних задач. Детально охарактеризовано активні форми та методи навчання як елементи інтерактивних технологій, які можуть бути використані для формування конфліктологічної компетентності у майбутніх психологів в рамках навчально-виховного процесу у вузі. Здійснено аналіз окремих форм інтерактивних технологій, наголошено на особливостях та перевагах їх використання в рамках навчально-виховного процесу. Серед перспективних напрямків дослідження визначено дослідження психолого-педагогічних умов формування конфліктологічної компетентності у майбутніх психологів. The article actualizes the problem of formation of conflictological competence in future psychologists in the system of university training. It is argued that achieving a high level of conflict competence in future psychologists in the process of professionalization will determine their ability to build relationships based on cooperation, promote constructive resolution of innovative pedagogical conflicts, ensure effective pedagogical communication at various levels and act as an important factor in mental health and mental health, well-being of all participants in the educational process. In the course of theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical research the technological approach to studying and analyzing the problem of formation of conflictological competence of students-psychologists in the system of higher education is considered and analyzed, which can be constructive for development of provisions In the context of this approach, the importance of developing and implementing active methods and forms of learning that will provide a constructive solution to conflicts in educational organizations is emphasized. The article clarifies the content of the concept of "interactive technologies", "psychological and organizational interactive technologies", identifies opportunities and benefits of using interactive forms of learning. The factors that determine the success of the use of interactive technologies are analyzed. The classification of forms of interactive learning according to the functional capabilities of solving educational, developmental and upbringing problems is considered. Active forms and methods of teaching are described in detail as elements of interactive technologies that can be used for the formation of conflict competence in future psychologists in the educational process in higher education. The analysis of separate forms of interactive technologies in the educational process is carried out, the peculiarities and advantages of their use within the educational process are emphasized. Among the promising areas of research is the study of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of conflict competence in future psychologists.
