The aim of the article is to develop geometrized physics of a vacuum on the basis of two basic postulates: 1) the constancy of the speed of light (more precisely, the speed of propagation of electromagnetic waves) in the vacuum; 2) the ‘vacuum balance condition’ associated with the statement that only mutually opposite formations are born from the vacuum, so that, on average, they completely compensate of the manifestations of each other.
