In this work in short are given the basic postulate and determinations of the exiting conception and organization for qualifying the defectologyests in Republic of Macedonia, as well as review of the training conception for studies. In this context we like to underline that the duration of the studies are four years and after that the students could get bachelor degree of defectology. ... handicaps like: in seeing, in hearing, in psychical develop and with physical handicap, which also can be of preschool and primary school age in the institutes for rehabilitation and in the special primary schools. Also the defectologysts could work as part of professional teams in the regular educational institutes, in the institutes for social care, which are training the persons with developmental difficulties in specific ways.
