Diaphragmatic hernia complicating pregnancy is rare but it is associated with high complicated outcomes, particularly if surgical intervention is delayed. We report a case of diaphragmatic hernia noticed after caesarean delivery in a pregnant 27-year-old women with a history of uneventful first pregnancy.
