The Role of Viral and Mycoplasmal Infection in the Origin of Primary Ovarian Failure

The results of evaluation of smear bacterioscopy showed that in women with hormonal disorders, mycoplasmal infection has been detected in 5.7 % of cases. In women with inflammatory processes, the detection rate of mycoplasmal infection is increased to 47.3 %. In women with peritubal adhesions and purulent-septic complications, U.urealyticum and M.hominis were detected in 78 % of cases, gonorrhea — in one patient, in three — chlamydial infection and in five patients — trichomoniasis.
