Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer 2 was launched on the Global Change Observation Mission (GCOM) Satellite by Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), to observe microwaves naturally emitted from the atmosphere, land surface, sea surface and cryosphere.
