Determination of voriconazole in human plasma by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
2016
Bulgarian Chemical Communications
unpublished
A rapid and sensitive method for the determination of voriconazole in human plasma was developed. Voriconazole and the internal standard were extracted from plasma samples by liquid-liquid extraction with 2 ml of diethyl ether: dichloromethane (60: 40, v/v). The chromatographic separation was accomplished isocratically on a 150×4.6 mm, 5 m Zorbax extend C18 column at a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min.
