The paper presents the results focused on the study of pork quality tested in the production experiment performed in the farms of the North-Eastern Ukraine. For the experiment, pigs were divided in 2 groups by 20 heads each one. The control room was disinfected using "Ecocide C" and "Virosan" and the second one (experimental) – "Bi-deztm" and the preparation "Biotsidin".
