Role Ability among the Middle Class Principals (Khargone (M.P.) India)

Role ability is an influencive self-regulatory mechanism for enhancing the effectiveness of a person in a particular role. Present study aimed to investigate the level of various aspects of role ability among the principals of secondary schools with reference to their sex and school locale.
