In this study, (100) clinical samples were obtained from nasal passage from healty individuals in Hilla city who work in restaurants in Hilla province, during a period of three months (from November 2013 to January 2014). A total of (100) samples only twenty-six of S.aureus were isolates from nasal passage. Molecular detection of Enterotoxin A and B was also studied by using specific markers. It was seen that Enterotoxin A was positive in (9) isolates where Enterotoxin B was detected in (5)
