In recent decades many human pathologies have taken a chronic course. Modern biology and medicine have come to conceptually new therapeutic approaches. The technologies, comprising stem cells and signaling molecules, are the most promising in this respect. They have a potential of restoring systemic lesions, which are the basis of chronicity.
