The study investigated the effect of Balanced Processing of Information on the performance of employees of commercial banks in Kenya. The independent variables that were measured include private knowledge, internal experiences and externally based evaluative information. These independent variables were regressed against performance of employees, whose indicators include efficiency, productivity, turnover and quality of work output.
