Comparison of Self Efficacy, Hope, Life Satisfaction and Job Stress in Private and Public Companies

Aim: The research purpose is to draw a comparison of self-efficacy, hope, life satisfaction and job stress in private and public companies. Method: Research method was causal-comparative and the research tools were Scherer General self-efficacy, Satisfaction with Life (SWL), Adult Dispositional Hope (ADH), and Rise job stress Questionnaires.
