The improvement of community emergency collaborative governance capabilities is a major issue at present. Through qualitative interviews with grassroots communities in 7 cities in Wuxi, this article summarizes the communities' successful experience in grid emergency governance, internal and external resource integration, and public opinion guidance, and puts forward countermeasures for the shortcomings in community governance.
